Alex Clarke
Alex Clarke is a playwright, street artist and activist based in Manchester UK.
She is winner of Prediction Magazine's publishing competition to find a new spiritual author. She devised and runs the Women's Playgroup, The Wild Women Write collective and The Donate a Poem for Freedom project.
Alex uses the arts to promote social inclusion, personal growth and overcoming oppression. She has worked extensively with disadvantaged groups, women facing barriers and survivors of sexual violence to uncover their hidden voices and tell their stories.
